## Longevity isn’t luck. It’s a practice.

No guru to follow. A chapter in your city, a calendar you can turn up to, and the research read for you.

## How it works

1. **Come to an event** — Free, no account needed. A walk, a run, a talk, a dinner. Pick one.
2. **Meet people who live nearby** — Members from your own city, in the same room. Not another online forum.
3. **Learn what actually works** — The research, graded and written in plain sentences, three times a week.
4. **Stay with it** — A pace you can hold. That is the part that compounds.

## What we believe

- **Community first.** Longevity is not a solo project. Chapters across 15 countries meet weekly to stay accountable, and to make health feel less lonely.
- **Evidence, graded.** Hundreds of new ageing papers a week, read and marked. Each claim gets a grade, a source and a plain sentence.
- **A pace you can hold.** Health that feels like punishment does not last. Zone 2 is the pace where you can still hold a conversation.

Joining is free and our own events are free. No paywall, no membership fee. Partner summits sell their own tickets, and sponsored content is always labelled.
