Aire Ancient Baths is a thermal bath and spa in the Carlsberg City district of Copenhagen. It occupies the former Carlsberg brewery building from 1881, with restored high-ceilinged red brick halls. The signature thermal circuit runs about 90 minutes across baths at different temperatures: the Caldarium (hot), Frigidarium (cold), Tepidarium (warm), Balneum (bath of a thousand jets), Vaporium (aromatherapy steam room), Pediluvium (a foot bath with a cold 10C river over round white stones), and the Flotarium salt bath, plus a salt exfoliation area. Massages and rituals are added on top of the circuit, and visits require advance booking.
