ARK

ARK serves a vegan tasting menu built on foraged ingredients, fermentation, and Japanese flavours. The weekday menu is nine courses and the weekend menu is thirteen courses. Wine pairings and botanical non-alcoholic pairings are available.

ARK holds a Michelin Green Star and was the first vegan restaurant in the Nordics to receive one. Many of its mushrooms are cultivated on the group's own Funga Farm, and its vegetables come from a biodynamic organic farm in West Zealand.

The nine-course weekday menu is 1,299 DKK per person and the thirteen-course weekend menu is 1,499 DKK. A wine pairing costs 799 DKK on weekdays and 949 DKK on weekends, with non-alcoholic pairings at the same price.

ARK is at Nørre Farimagsgade 63 in central Copenhagen (Indre By). It opens Tuesday to Thursday from 17:30 to 23:00 and Friday to Saturday from 17:00 to 00:00. It is closed on Sunday and Monday.
