Dr. Dr. Dr. Elisabeth Roider, MD, PhD, MBA

Dr. Elisabeth Roider, MD, PhD, MBA, is a Harvard- and Swiss-trained physician-scientist working at the intersection of dermatology, longevity and venture building. She earned her MD at LMU Munich (2011), a PhD in clinical medicine at Harvard University with Szeged University (2020), and an MBA at the University of St. Gallen (2021). She is board-certified in dermatology (FMH and FEBDV). Since 2016 she has led a multidisciplinary translational research team at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, and since 2020 at the University Hospital Basel. Her ResearchGate profile lists 40+ publications and over 2,600 citations, including a JAMA Network Open paper on the economic burden of delayed cancer diagnoses. Since 2022 she has been Partner and Chief Scientific & Medical Officer at Maximon, a Zurich-based longevity company builder, where she stewards the Maximon Longevity Prize. She is also founder of Nova Skin Health, the company behind Melantique – a UV-free tanning gel exclusively licensed from Harvard – and an InnoMed advisor. She is a regular speaker at conferences including the Longevity Biotech Conference (Zuzalu, 2023) and the Longevity Investors Conference (2024).
