About Mirco Schanz

Mirco Schanz is the founder of 'Meditation mit Mirco', based in Munich, and a mentor for inner calm, mental balance and self-determination. He is a certified Vedic meditation teacher (1,800-hour training) and an IHK-certified Intentional Cold Exposure coach. After around two decades in business with management and tech-company experience, Schanz experienced a physical collapse and a pacemaker implantation – an experience that led him to learn how to find inner calm without withdrawing from the world. Today he guides entrepreneurs, executives and public figures who carry significant responsibility. His BecomingYou mentoring combines Vedic meditation, conscious breathing and optional cold exposure to build stress resilience, quiet mental chatter and improve sleep. He teaches in small groups and one-on-one in Munich and other cities, runs an online meditation academy, and offers corporate meditation and stress-management workshops.
