Nico Airone is Fitness Director at Men's Health and Women's Health Germany, a personal trainer and a bestselling author on biohacking. He studied American Studies (Diplom-Amerikanistik) before building his career at Men's Health, where his self-experimentation as a biohacker began in earnest around 2012. As a long-time sports editor he interviewed many of the world's best athletes and coaches – including Olympic champions and world champions – distilling their methods into practical training, nutrition, sleep and recovery strategies. In 2021 he published the Men's Health Biohacking book. Airone works out of his private gym in Hamburg with celebrities, professional athletes, doctors and high performers, and coaches clients both in person and online. His approach blends fitness, biohacking and longevity, combining hormone optimisation, mobility and recovery tools with targeted nutrition.
