Join Longevity Hamburg and Puerto Espíritu for Sunset Flow, an evening of yoga with Jessica Schönebeck in the park beside the Hamburg Planetarium.
What is this about? Longevity is not only about training hard. It is also about how well you recover, and much of that happens when your nervous system finally slows down. This evening pairs a gentle flow with time outside and good company, so you leave looser in the body and calmer in the head. We open and close with a short talk, then let the sunset do the rest.
What to expect
A yoga session led by Jessica Schönebeck, built for mobility and steady breathing rather than performance.
Time outdoors in the park by the Planetarium, with space to meet the people around you.
