Photo Upload Terms

Last updated: June 8, 2026

When you upload a photo to an event on Longevity USA, you agree to the terms below. They keep everyone protected: you, the people in the photo, and our community. The short confirmation next to the upload button is a plain-language summary of these terms.

1. Your right to share the photo

You confirm that you took this photo yourself, or that you have the photographer's permission to share it. You are responsible for making sure you actually hold these rights before uploading.

2. People shown in the photo

Any recognizable people in the photo have either consented to its publication, or are participants or bystanders at a public event where their consent is not legally required. You will not upload a photo that singles anyone out by their health, religion or political views.

3. Minors

You will not upload a photo showing identifiable minors without the permission of a parent or guardian.

4. The licence you grant Longevity USA

You grant Longevity USA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish and store the photo on our website, gallery, landing pages and newsletter, and to resize or adapt it for those purposes. You keep ownership of your photo; this licence simply lets us show it across our community surfaces.

5. Review before publication

Contributed photos are not published automatically. They stay private and pending until an organizer reviews and approves them.

6. Removal on request

You understand that any photo can be removed on request. Contact us and we will take it down.
