Atlas Cove

Atlas Cove is a guided longevity residency at Casas na Ferraria, a private estate beside the Serra da Arrábida near Sesimbra, about fifty minutes south of Lisbon airport. Each cohort is six days and five nights, all inclusive, in small groups of up to ten rooms. Guests are measured on day one and day six, coached through daily strength training, yoga and guided hikes, and go home with a personal plan built from their own numbers. Co-founders Lisa and Tom Wuerden host every cohort themselves. Atlas Cove provides health strategy and lifestyle coaching; it is not a clinic.
