Longevity Cities Sunday Run: An Easy 5K Through the Royal Parks

​After two full days at HX26, end the weekend the way your body will thank you for: an easy evening run through some of London's most beautiful spaces.

​This is a relaxed, social 5K through the Royal Parks, taking in Big Ben, The Mall, and St James's Park as the evening light comes in. We hold a 6:00 min/km pace on purpose, slow enough that you can chat the whole way. This is not a race and there is no pressure. It is about moving together, clearing the head after a packed weekend, and enjoying the city at an easy effort.
