Exercise: - Morning run (4 times a week) - Strenght training (twice a week) - Yoga (twice a week) Diet: - Before breakfast: coffee with maca powder and organic cocoa powder - Breakfast: Greek Yoghurt with walnuts, almonds, chia seeds, linseeds, psyllium, pumpkin seeds - Lunch and dinner: varies atm Other: - 1 tbs of extra virgin olive oil (every morning)
