Mazen Jaroudi is training for one of the world's toughest endurance races. But his real goal isn't just to finish. It's to perform well into his 40s, 50s, and beyond. As well as continuing to accomodate a busy lifestyle which includes two young children and a 9-6 job.
That's not an Ironman goal. That's a longevity goal.
