What is Longevity Krakow?

Longevity Krakow is a free, science-based community for people in Kraków who want to stay healthy for longer. It is the Kraków chapter of Longevity Cities and welcomes anyone who wants to think more carefully about movement, sleep, food and stress, with no specialist equipment and no polished health routine required.

The chapter’s first meetup is Mood & Move Kraków on 24 October 2026 at Royal Place, ul. Za Torem 18. It is described as an intimate get-together for everyone for whom movement is the best way to clear the head, shake off stress and recharge, combining time outdoors with conversations. In between, the Planty park ring around the Old Town is an easy place for a daily walk.

Joining is free: create an account, join the Kraków WhatsApp group linked on this page and pick a date from the calendar. Longevity Krakow is a community, not a longevity clinic. People come here to learn, compare notes on tests and check-ups, and meet others who take healthy ageing seriously.

Frequently asked questions

What is Longevity Krakow?
Longevity Krakow is the Kraków chapter of Longevity Cities, a free and non-commercial community for healthy ageing. It gives people in Kraków a local place to meet, ask questions and turn a big topic into everyday habits, starting with movement, stress and recovery. You can join without any background in health or research.
Is there a longevity clinic in Kraków?
Kraków has private medical centres and check-up offers, but Longevity Krakow is not one of them: we are a free community and neither diagnose nor treat. Longevity check-ups typically combine blood tests, a fitness test like VO2max, body composition and sometimes an epigenetic age test. Prices vary widely, so ask for a full itemised price including follow-ups, and be wary of anyone pushing supplements before any results are in.
Where can I test my biological age in Kraków?
In Kraków you can use an epigenetic test sent by post, blood markers through your doctor or a private lab, or fitness markers such as VO2max and grip strength. Prices vary widely between providers, so ask what is included. Epigenetic clocks are not yet standardised, so read a result as a snapshot. This site offers a free face-age test, VO2max calculator and grip-strength test with age norms to start with.
What longevity events are there in Kraków?
The first Longevity Krakow meetup is Mood & Move Kraków on 24 October 2026 at Royal Place, ul. Za Torem 18, announced as the first gathering of the Longevity Cities community in the city. What is Mood & Move Kraków?
Mood & Move Kraków is an intimate meetup on 24 October 2026 for people who see movement as the best way to clear the head, let go of stress and recharge. The idea is to combine outdoor activity with conversations with people who think alike. It is the first gathering of Longevity Krakow, so you would be among the founding members. Details on format and registration are in the event listing.
Can walking in Kraków be a starting point for longevity?
Yes, regular walking is one of the simplest habits linked to better long-term health, and Kraków makes it easy. The Planty park forms a green ring around the Old Town, with paths on the line of the former city walls, so a daily loop needs no equipment. Longevity Krakow starts from this idea: everyday movement first, gadgets and tests later, if at all.
Where can I find a biohacking community in Kraków?
Longevity Krakow is a free place in Kraków to talk about healthy living and biohacking with an evidence filter. Are Longevity Krakow events in Polish or English?
The first Longevity Krakow meetup was announced in Polish, so expect Polish at the first date. Each event listing states its language, and you can ask in the Kraków WhatsApp group linked on this page whether English works for a given date.
