What is Longevity Seattle?+
Longevity Seattle is the Seattle chapter of Longevity Cities, a free and non-commercial community for healthy aging. It brings people together in the Seattle area to talk about movement, sleep, nutrition and other habits that shape how well we age, in person and with an evidence filter. The chapter is new, started with a Coffee and Walk in September 2026 and is open to everyone.
Is there a longevity clinic in Seattle?+
Longevity Seattle is not a clinic: we are a free community and do not diagnose, treat or sell anything. Private longevity clinics do exist in the Seattle area, and in the US their programs typically run from a few thousand to over 20,000 dollars a year. Before signing up, ask which physician is responsible, which tests are guideline-based and what decision each result would change for you.
Does Longevity Seattle offer male longevity treatment?+
No, Longevity Seattle offers no treatment of any kind, for men or anyone else. Hormone therapy and similar treatments are medical decisions between you and a licensed physician after proper testing. What the community offers is the groundwork: men and women swap experiences on strength training, sleep, alcohol and fitness testing. Be wary of any plan that starts with treatment before tests, or pushes supplements.
Where can I test my biological age in Seattle?+
You have three routes: an epigenetic age test mailed to your home (roughly 200 to 500 dollars), an annual blood-biomarker membership (roughly 350 to 500 dollars a year), or fitness markers such as VO2max and grip strength that you can estimate for free with the tools on this site. Epigenetic clocks differ by provider, so treat one result as a snapshot. Some Longevity meetups also run a short Longevity Check with age norms.
What longevity events and meetups are there in Seattle?+
Longevity Seattle began with a Coffee and Walk on September 27, 2026, meeting at Sano coffee shop in Bellevue for a smoothie or coffee to go, introductions and a walk. It was the chapter's first event, so a regular schedule is still taking shape. New dates, whether walks, talks or dinners, are posted in the events calendar on this page and shared in the Seattle WhatsApp group.
Why did the Seattle meetup take place in Bellevue?+
Longevity Seattle covers the whole Seattle area, and the first meetup was on the Eastside, across Lake Washington, which is where the chapter chose to start. Later gatherings can happen anywhere in the region, so always check the address on the event listing. Seattle weather is part of the plan: the first invitation tells everyone to bring an umbrella.
Where can I find a biohacking and healthy living community in Seattle?+
Longevity Seattle is a free place in Seattle to talk biohacking and healthy living with an evidence filter. Bring your questions about wearables, sleep, cold exposure or nutrition and hear what others have actually tried. You do not need a tracker or a special diet to take part. Between meetups the conversation runs in the Seattle WhatsApp group linked on this page.
How can I meet new people in Seattle if I come alone?+
Longevity Seattle is built for solo arrivals: the first meetup was planned with a round of introductions before the walk, so nobody has to stand around awkwardly. Walking side by side makes conversation easy, and the community is mixed in age and background. If you are new to Seattle or just tired of the browser-tab version of health research, this is a friendly way in.
What does Longevity Seattle cost and how do I join?+
Longevity Seattle is free to join: create an account, join the Seattle WhatsApp group linked on this page and pick an event from the calendar. You only pay for what you buy yourself, such as the smoothie or coffee at the Sano meetup, and every listing states its costs upfront. There is no membership fee and nothing to buy to take part.
